Dr. Littner is very active in the community he grew up in. The Kiwanis club is an organization that Dr. Littner is very active in. Pancake breakfasts, parks projects, teen projects, fundraiser's for scholarships along with helping out high school students makes for being very active.

In addition the Elks club does many things for the community as well. Donating his time for pancake breakfasts enables children with cerebral palsy to get money to help find a cure. Also caroling during the holidays puts a big smile on the faces of many seniors we visit when singing.

Also, RECAP in Middletown is helped by donating our time doing Dental Health Screenings to make sure the children are safe and healthy along with fluoride prescriptions.

Our annual toy drive and food drive Dr. Littner spearheads enables us to give back to our community during the holiday season. Dr. Littner also salutes the soldiers by collecting cell phones for soldiers campaign. This helps our soldiers call home for 1 hour free of charge for each cell phone donated.
